Payment Conditions
- Deposit 50% on the reservation date and the remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the departure date.
- Credit card payment fees: 3.3% for Visa/MasterCard and Payment Link (GB Prime Pay), and 4.76% for American Express (AMEX) and Union Pay.
Cancellation Terms
- The company reserves the right to retain 50% of the deposit for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the trip.
- For cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled trip, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
